What is CranioSacral Therapy?
A gentle but effective treatment that aims to release restrictions and tension in the connective tissue throughout the body, and the bones of the head, spine, and pelvis, encouraging the body's own healing mechanisms.
You stay clothed during a treatment; your whole body is treated with light touch intended to soften tissues and promote the release of areas of restriction, with an emphasis on the craniosacral system, from head to sacrum (the base of your spine).

What is Visceral Manipulation?
Visceral Manipulation involves mobilisation of the fascia surrounding an organ, which can potentially help organs to function more effectively, in turn helping with associated musculoskeletal problems. For more information have a look at the "About CST" page, link above.
